James brings more than 14 years experience to the team having worked across a wide range of brands and businesses, in both Australia and the UK. He has delivered a number of high profile communications initiatives across a variety of sectors including sport, FMCG, technology, finance, infrastructure and aviation, tourism and NGOs.​ ​ His expertise is creative thinking, project management, corporate communications and strategic and problem solving. ​ ​ James led the launch and momentum building of the inaugural Invictus Games in Australia as well as spear-heading the tour of HRH Prince Harry during his visit to Australia to announce 500 Days until the Games. James also leads the KFC account and has led numerous award-winning campaigns including the brands attempt to win a Michelin Star which created global headlines. ​ ​ He is also responsible for leading a large number of teams within Pulse and communications initiatives for brands such as KFC, Microsoft, IHG and Bacardi.​ ​ He has a knack for corporate social responsibility and corporate positioning and remains very well connected amongst some of Australia’s most high profile journalists.
