His expertise is creative thinking, project management, corporate communications and strategic and problem solving. James led the launch and momentum building of the inaugural Invictus Games in Australia as well as spear-heading the tour of HRH Prince Harry during his visit to Australia to announce 500 Days until the Games. James also leads the KFC account and has led numerous award-winning campaigns including the brands attempt to win a Michelin Star which created global headlines. He is also responsible for leading a large number of teams within Pulse and communications initiatives for brands such as KFC, Microsoft, IHG and Bacardi.
